It is a pleasure to share a piece of who I am as an experienced Senior Leader & Banking Executive in the Chicago Region. I have been in the District Manager role for over 5 years and have a total of 16 years’ experience in Financial Services. This experience includes Mortgage Lending, Insurance, Retail Banking, Foreclosure and Private Wealth Management. I have led a Team of over 100 employees and support staff across 14 Branch Locations in the Southwest Chicago Market. My responsibilities included managing a Consumer & Business Retail Banking and Lending portfolio of $800 Million; as well as overseeing the District partnership relations with Investment, Private Client and Mortgage Banking. As a District Manager, I have been strategically responsible for leadership and direction of revenue growth, operational integrity, risk assessment, talent management and employee relations. Over the last 16 Years, I have been in the roles of Loan Officer, Branch Management, Private Client Management & District Manager at US Bank and other financial institutions. A Graduate of the State University of New York at Fredonia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication & Public Relations, I have a passion for community service; with a Certificate from the New York State Fire Academy in Fire Fighting Essentials. I spent 14 years serving as a Volunteer Firefighter & Emergency Medical Technician in Rochester New York. I have also served on multiple community board of Directors including; President of the Gates Chili Fire Department, Junior Achievement Board of Director, The American Financial Services Association Board of Director (AFSA), The National Institute on Consumer Credit Management (NICCM -BOD President) and currently sit on the United Way Board of Directors for the Metropolitan Chicago South & Southwest. Tasked by the SVP/Division General Manager to lead and manage the Division Community and Philanthropic Outreach Program. The Central Division ranked 24 out of 24 Divisions in 2006. The results from 2006-2009 ranked the Central as the #1 Division in the US, growing from 5% to 85% involvement across the Midwest.

  • Recognized at the 2007 and 2008 HSBC CML Executive Leadership Conference as the #1 Community Outreach Division.
  • Creatively organized and executed a joint Back-Pack Food Drive from 91 branch offices for 5 Chicago Shelters, donating over 125 Backpacks full of food to the Chicagoland community in February 2009.
  • Central Division participation over three years surpassed 25,000 employee volunteer hours, 2,100 employee and family volunteers, and over $200,000 donated by HSBC to Education and Environmental Organizations across the Midwest.
  • Increased the number of Employee Volunteer Teachers for Junior Achievement (JA) programs in local schools from 3 employees to over 100 employees (per semester) for 6 consecutive semesters. This resulted in over $300,000 donated by HSBC to Junior Achievement of Chicago and other metropolitan areas.
  • Successfully raised over $20,000 by organizing and managing employee participation in 7 Community Bowl-A-Thons over 3 years for Junior Achievement of Chicago, Milwaukee, Minnesota, Iowa, North Carolina, Indiana and Tennessee.
